As a Ride Sharing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth through innovation, open communication, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit new drivers for our platform, focusing on strategic growth areas, to increase market share and expand our user base.
  • Develop and execute recruitment campaigns using digital platforms, offline strategies, community outreach, and partnerships to attract top talent.
  • Screen and interview potential drivers, ensuring they meet company standards, to maintain a high-quality driver pool.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized recruitment strategies for different cities, adapting to local markets and consumer behavior.
  • Manage the operational processes related to drivers who rent cars from us, ensuring seamless experiences and efficient logistics.
  • Assist in the logistical and operational planning of launching new cities in Mexico, expanding our presence and services.
  • Support city-specific activities, such as gathering local insights, mapping launch logistics, and setting up local driver support offices, to ensure successful launches.
  • Facilitate driver onboarding, including conducting training sessions on using the app, safety protocols, and service standards, to ensure drivers are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Provide ongoing support to new drivers as they integrate into the platform, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Conduct local market research to understand city-specific transportation challenges and identify key growth opportunities, informing strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and operations management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or a similar role, ideally within a tech or mobility company, showcasing relevant skills and expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel across Mexico frequently, supporting expansion efforts and collaborating with local teams.
  • Familiarity with ride-sharing platforms or similar industries is a plus, providing a competitive edge and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, applying analytical thinking to drive process improvements and optimize results.
