**Job Summary**:

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the processing of sales orders, ensuring accurate receipt and booking, tracking sales shipments, delivery, billing, and backlog activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Manage and oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring accurate receipt and booking, tracking sales shipments, delivery, billing, and backlog activities.
  • Manage all facets of customer retention, including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.
  • Manage return materials authorization (RMA) processes for ensuring customer returns, exchanges, service, and repairs are done with speed and accuracy.
  • Resolve escalated operational-related issues, including vendor concerns, contract reviews, and new programs.
  • Assign, design, and create new processes for special services/programs for customers.
  • Manage market research to determine special pricing for non-standard items in the interests of ensuring appropriate profit margins are reached and maintained.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Manage staff, including personnel development, hiring, training, and monitoring and reviewing work.

**Requirements**:

  • Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems without clear precedent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach team members on performance and complete employee performance evaluations.
