Compliance Administrator Role

The Compliance Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the Global Ethics & Compliance Team in managing various elements of the global compliance program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and administration of IFF's Speak Up hotline system
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs, including content creation, translations, testing, and reporting
  • Prepare compliance presentations, agendas, and training materials, and coordinate related logistics
  • Maintain accurate records of the global compliance calendar and related initiatives
  • Analyze data to prepare reports on compliance metrics and trends
  • Update and maintain compliance resources and processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer and other team members

Requirements:

  • Administrative Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in supporting compliance or training programs, preferably in a global company
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language

Work Arrangements:

  • Remote work with occasional on-site presence at Punto Polanco offices
