**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

**Requirements**

  • Basic knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic/electronic systems.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
