Establishing a strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) program is crucial for any organization looking to safeguard its intellectual property. As Micron Technology continues to innovate in the field of memory and storage solutions, we are seeking an experienced IAM Operations Manager to lead our efforts at our new location in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical authority for IAM operations, ensuring efficient and effective identity and access management services.
  • Develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and best practices that align with industry standards.
  • Lead the administration of IAM systems, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews, to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Administer and oversee authentication mechanisms such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation, maintaining the highest level of security and integrity.
  • Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and requests, providing timely resolution and minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements
  • A solid understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices, with experience working with leading IAM tools and platforms.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
