Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Guadalajara. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your fluency in English and French will enable you to communicate effectively with our clients, and your IT support knowledge will be crucial in resolving technical issues.
Our Offer:
We provide a competitive salary between $25,000 and $26,000, depending on experience, as well as benefits from day one, including food vouchers, private medical insurance, and more. You will receive fully paid training and be able to earn 100% from the start. Additionally, you will receive 30 days of Christmas Bonus in December.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Knowledge in IT support
- Fluent English (Spoken/Written)
- Fluent French (Spoken/Written)
- 2 years' experience in customer service
- Must reside in Guadalajara
- Education: High school or equivalent
