Job Title: Missionary Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Missionary Teacher to join our team at Global Education Ministries. As a Missionary Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students and their families.

Job Summary

The Missionary Teacher will be responsible for teaching Math classes to middle school students, while also serving as a missionary to our students and their families. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for education and your faith to make a difference in the world.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Math classes to middle school students using best practices and a gospel-saturated approach
  • Develop and maintain a positive learning environment that supports the academic, spiritual, emotional, and social growth of students
  • Actively weave the gospel into instruction and interactions with students and their families
  • Assist the school administration in achieving the academic and spiritual goals of the school
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the community
  • Participate in fundraising and recruitment efforts to support the ministry
Qualifications
  • A true and genuine faith in Jesus Christ
  • Fluency in English
  • Degree in Secondary Education and Math, or related degree
  • An outgoing and adventurous personality, ready to pursue others for the sake of the gospel
  • A humble heart, ready to serve others
  • Flexibility of schedule
  • Willingness to relocate to Mexico for the duration of the contract
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • Willingness to fundraise and recruit for the ministry
