Teaching in Mexico with Global Education Ministries

Global Education Ministries is seeking an Elementary Missionary Teacher to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our educational community, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students. Teaching in a Gospel-Saturated Environment

At GEM, we believe that education should be infused with the gospel. Our schools are unique in that we take each aspect of school and seek to infuse it all with the truth of Jesus Christ. As an Elementary Missionary Teacher, you will be able to leverage your life in a really impactful way, making a difference in the lives of each student. You will have the opportunity to serve the Lord while pouring out your life in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach elementary classes using best practices
  • Assist in accomplishing the academic goals of the school
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the community
  • As a missionary, there will be expectations to assist in recruiting, fundraising, creating policy, and being an ambassador for GEM

Qualifications

  • A true, genuine faith in Jesus Christ
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or something related
  • An outgoing and adventurous personality, ready to pursue others for the sake of the gospel
  • Flexibility of schedule
  • Willingness to relocate to Mexico for the duration of the contract
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • Willingness to fundraise and recruit for the ministry
