About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating daily leads of homeowners interested in selling their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and enter data into our CRM system
  • Build rapport with homeowners and gauge their motivation to sell
  • Live transfer hot leads to our Acquisitions Manager
Requirements
  • Excellent English/Verbal skills
  • Prior sales and cold calling experience
  • Background in real estate is a plus
  • Highly motivated individual who is independent and self-driven
  • Energetic team player who enjoys interacting with people
  • Prior experience with CRMs
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks
