About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts
  • Be a business partner for new merchants, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon
  • Post-acquisition, build success cases together with those accounts by providing business insights, training, and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy
  • Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently to required standards
  • Learn and understand the specificity of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants
  • Track business development results, analyze, interpret reports, and information for your portfolio
  • Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment
