About the Role

Nissan is seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global mobility team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and successful relocation of employees across international borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support year-end payroll initiatives and reporting requirements to ensure global mobility program needs are met, working closely with internal and external partners as required.
  • Manage payments related to assignments, including payroll instructions, expenses, and invoices.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to inform budget planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Payroll, Finance, Legal, Travel, and Compensations, to align benefits and provide support to assignees.
  • Manage and address inquiries in the global mobility team mailbox and employee concerns.
  • Monitor monthly immigration expiry reports and support the resolution of vendor and employee issues.
  • Oversee and manage electronic files to ensure documentation is maintained for the global mobility population.
  • Review and manage monthly active list reporting for assignees, including Workday reports.
  • Support relocation processes and drive the resolution of vendor and employee issues.
  • Track annual tax filing processes and maintain authorization lists and documentation for Mexico and LATAM regions.
  • Support and execute global mobility projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accountancy, international relations, business administration, or human resources.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in global mobility or a related field.
  • Bilingual (English) and Portuguese language is a plus.
  • Travel on demand (0-5 times per year) visa B1/B2.
