- Monitor and manage shipments until completion.
- Provide timely communication with customers, offices, overseas and domestic providers to maintain relationships.
- Coordinate operations during overnight shifts, ensuring seamless execution of logistics processes.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of proven logistics operations experience, preferably in freight forwarding.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
