Job Summary

Matchmakers is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to lead cross-functional projects and workstreams with medium to high complexity. The ideal candidate will have a first-level university degree or equivalent experience, with 6-10 years of related experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Solution Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design thinking and solutioning activities to improve customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements and analyze pain points in current state.
  • Establish processes consistent with overall organization objectives and maintain process documentation.
  • Communicate tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workarounds.

Requirements
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6-10 years of related experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Solution Delivery.
  • Sound project management experience.
  • Quality improvement training required and certification a plus.

Knowledge and Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
  • Strong business experience in at least one of these areas: Customer and Deal Setup, Invoicing, Contractual Contract Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, and influence skills.
  • Excellent project management and process development skills.
