**Job Overview**

We're seeking a skilled Facilities Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across our global network of sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process facility work requests and assign tasks to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate maintenance work requests, including preventive maintenance, equipment record files, and instrument calibration documentation.
  • Source components and services for the Facilities department, identifying cost-effective purchasing options for Jabil.
  • Purchase materials necessary to complete work requests and maintain routine supplies through purchase orders and AMEX.
  • Optimize order management processes to ensure effective communication with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Resolve recurring or critical issues using corrective action tools and additional resources.
  • Provide documentation to accounting for new vendors.
  • Support Accounts Payable in resolving invoice discrepancies.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for interacting with managers, clients, and the public.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficiency in using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training on Jabil's software packages.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

This position offers an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
