Bilingual Senior Accountant - Financial Expert

MXN 200,000

Flextal Staffing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to provide essential support, troubleshooting, and leadership to our financial operations. As a subject matter expert on all things numbers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Statement Preparation: Create and post general ledger journal entries, prepare and review the balance sheet, income statement, accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) reports, and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.
  2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify significant variations, and report findings to management.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with community and payroll staff on payroll variance reports and assist with community audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  4. Additional Responsibilities: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is indispensable.
  2. Ability to work in a hybrid work model.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  4. 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a growing environment.
  5. Strong attention to detail with a keen focus on accuracy.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate status, progress, and results.
  8. Experience with Yardi or Avid Exchange in a senior living or real estate environment is a plus.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer skills.
