Position Overview: The Treasury Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in establishing and evaluating the LATAM Cash Flow Forecasting process, managing a substantial portfolio of approximately US$ 5 Billion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate cash flow data from all LATAM regions, collaborating with various departments involved in the Treasury Cycle (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) on a daily basis, ensuring a comprehensive multicurrency approach across all LATAM currencies with a rolling forecast of three months.
  • Deliver timely and complete information to Local Treasurers, Treasury Manager for South America, and Treasury Senior Manager to uphold the company's financial commitments regarding Accounts Payable.
  • Serve as a trusted source for cash level forecasting, providing insights to Local Treasurers, LATAM Cash Leader, and Treasury Managers to facilitate necessary foreign exchange trading for funding requirements.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of local operations to assess all operational expenses and proactively identify any exceptional payments or collections to be incorporated into the cash flow forecast.
  • Support corporate objectives aimed at minimizing financial costs, ensuring timely cash funding, and delivering high-quality information to finance teams.
  • Monitor deviations in payments and collections, soliciting feedback from Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable to update the cash flow forecast accordingly.
  • Organize, prepare, and lead Regional Cash Councils, proactively addressing any cash shortages through timely analysis based on input from all departments involved in cash inflows and outflows, acting as a key liaison among Treasury Senior Manager, Treasury Manager for South America, Local Treasurers, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Generate comprehensive Treasury Reports for Local Treasurers, SSC Treasury Manager for South America, SSC Treasury Senior Manager, Finance Directors, and Corporate Treasury.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or equivalent experience (minimum of 3 years) in cash management within regional or national treasury functions.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in cash management or cash flow forecasting with a strong track record of accuracy, along with the interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration with local treasurers, peers, and management.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial planning, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Treasury operations, enabling effective management of a multiregional and multicurrency cash flow totaling US$5 Billion.
  • Strong intuitive skills to identify significant deviations and seek information promptly to navigate cash situations effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and other relevant business software.
  • Excellent listening and customer service abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese is preferred.
