Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Ensenada, Mexico. This role will report directly to the Commissioning Manager and will be responsible for implementing and executing the Precommissioning/Commissioning plan for assigned tasks.

1. Develop and execute Precommissioning/Commissioning plans to ensure timely and qualitative completion of tasks.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare CSU Execution Plans and procedures.
3. Review Call For Bid packages and participate in the bidding process to ensure compliance with CSU requirements.
4. Assist the Subcontracting Team in answering bidder clarifications and reviewing technical offers.
5. Participate in defining CSU sequences and site manning charts to ensure efficient project execution.
6. Execute PC&C activities on a defined area/unit/plant or group of systems.
7. Perform static and dynamic tests and generate associated report sheets.
8. Ensure all PC&C activities are performed in accordance with stated procedures, safety rules, and project instructions.
9. Prepare and generate pre-commissioning procedures on site.
10. Lead and control construction subcontractor's Pre-commissioning and Commissioning teams.

We are looking for a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer with the following qualifications:

1. Fluency in English.
2. University engineering degree with moderate experience in process or engineering.
3. Experience in EPC projects.
4. Knowledge of multi-type contracting schemes.
