Role Overview

This position is pivotal to the success of IDEMIA, ensuring that top-tier strategies are executed to attract and engage exceptional talent. The focus is on cultivating a robust partnership with Hiring Managers while enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Talent Planning (e.g., forecasting future hiring needs, aligning hiring strategies with long-term workforce objectives, analyzing market trends affecting labor supply and demand).Collaborate with Business and HR teams to assess job requirements and calibrate with stakeholders and hiring managers.Design and implement Talent Acquisition strategies, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.Conduct job advertising and postings (e.g., creating job descriptions, posting on various platforms, providing specifications to external recruiting agencies).Manage Talent Screening (e.g., evaluating resumes for relevant skills, conducting screening interviews, assisting managers with interviews, testing/ranking candidates, checking references, and providing feedback to candidates).Facilitate assessments to evaluate both technical and behavioral competencies.Build Talent Communities (by representing the organization at employment fairs, engaging in campus recruiting activities, and developing sourcing pipelines for targeted talent pools).Work closely with the Marketing department to devise creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities.Proactively seek market intelligence and trends to gain a competitive edge in attraction, assessments, and sourcing methodologies.Create, analyze, and present monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.Manage the ATS to ensure real-time tracking of the recruitment process, enabling effective reporting on performance and metrics.Propose innovative ideas for enhancing talent acquisition activities.Design and oversee recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.).Advise candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and the organizational environment.Engage and coach hiring managers to ensure an effective recruiting process.Utilize data to influence stakeholders regarding their requirements versus market realities.Understand the market within specific fields and develop strategies to address challenges.Craft compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.Build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Effectively manage the ATS in real-time to streamline processes.Demonstrate the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Advanced conversational English is essential.3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.Understanding of best practices in talent acquisition and onboarding.Familiarity with tools and technologies utilized in recruiting.Ability to multitask and manage communications with both internal and external stakeholders.Motivation to thrive in global environments.Strong collaboration skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Networking skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Presentation skills.Active listening skills.
