We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Business Development Manager to join our Training & Certification team in the Americas region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving training adoption, increasing cloud consumption, and accelerating our customers' journey to the cloud and generative AI.

This is a highly visible position with significant customer impact. You will work closely with C-suite and other senior decision-makers to understand their training requirements, develop tailored proposals, and drive the successful delivery of these programs. Your primary focus will be on evangelizing and selling our Training and Certification services, leveraging your expertise in solution selling, business development, and partnership management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in sales, business development, and partnership management, with expertise in consultative selling, training needs assessments, and presenting technical cloud and AI training solutions. You should also have experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and communicating results to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. They should be proficient in using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, experienced in setting up and managing a sales pipeline, and familiar with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $124,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
