Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Management team, including:

  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Controlling administrative aspects related to the area
  • Planning and organizing meetings, rooms, and participants
  • Travel planning for the team
  • Office material and equipment planning and ordering
  • Defining standard equipment for the team
  • Organizing events such as Team Building and Workshops

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role
  • Advanced English language skills

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
