Career Maker is seeking an experienced Dining Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

About the Job

This position requires a highly organized individual who can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing reservations and seating arrangements, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, and working closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table usage.
  • Address inquiries from guests promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station.
  • Provide information about the menu and specials to guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary

The salary for this role is $28,000 - $29,000 per month, depending on experience.
