Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our AI systems, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain our AI tool, ensuring it meets the needs of our organization
  • Optimize the tool for automation and ensure it operates effectively
  • Train and monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Test systems to ensure they meet quality standards and function properly
  • Collaborate with the CX Assurance team to resolve system issues and ensure the team is correctly using the tool
  • Design solutions to help the team operate more efficiently
  • Partner with our AI vendor to resolve system issues and stay up to date on the latest feature releases and AI improvements
  • Gather and analyze user requirements for new systems or system enhancements
  • Implement new systems or system modifications to meet user needs
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure systems are implemented effectively
  • Provide training and support to users on new systems or system changes
  • Document system requirements, designs, and processes for future reference
Requirements
  • Passionate about AI technologies and staying up to date on the latest trends and advancements
  • Proven experience as a system administrator, preferably with a focus on AI systems
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies and machine learning algorithms
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
