Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Reconciles billings with the accounts received ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitors billing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Develops and facilitates training on new system functionality and enhancements for billing, data management, and customer care end users.
  • Manages and ensures compliance with control objectives, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.
  • Develops and prepares reports and metrics to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
  • Leads a team of 7-10 staff, providing guidance, development opportunities, and support to ensure team success.
  • Supports internal and external auditors to ensure seamless compliance and risk management.
  • Updates billing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines to reflect changing business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicates effectively with management on day-to-day issues, providing timely updates and insights.
  • Leads the team to improve office collections, communicate issues, and implement ideas to drive business growth.
  • Responds to escalated Fee Billing operational inquiries from Collections and Stations within established SLAs.
  • Performs daily activities of billing and auditing of assigned claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulatory bodies, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Advanced Business English level, verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately.
  • Experience with a large customer base and high transaction volume.
  • Ability to translate and analyze data into reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
