Job Title: Generalist III, Human Resources

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Generalist III to join our Human Resources team at CommScope Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining quality among the workforce, ensuring the careful selection of candidates, and consistently interpreting and applying benefits and human resources policies to maintain high morale among the workforce and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in various human resources processes, including recruitment and selection, development and training, compensation, employee relations, in accordance with corporate guidelines and local authorities.

Recruitment and Selection: Assist in planning and procuring the appropriate workforce by assessing workforce needs in various departments, coordinating resources, and controlling the process.

Employee Relations: Facilitate relationships between subordinate and superior, providing a consistent interpretation of corporate policies to maintain high morale and free union among the workforce. Update employee communication systems, including notice boards, screens, printed or electronic media. Manage staffing levels required by assigned business units.

Training & Development: Assist in developing new employees through company induction, offering individual assistance in clarifying position responsibilities and assigned objectives.

Compensations: Manage active employee compensation and benefits programs, and special projects to ensure program reliability.

Develop projects designated by management, utilizing available administrative tools. Prepare reports as required by site and/or corporate management.

Knowledge of the Entropy system and awareness of the responsibilities of the EHS system are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in administrative or systems information areas.
  • 5-8 years' experience in Human Resources, recruiting, labor relations.
  • Proficient in English language minimum 80% (written and spoken).
  • Schedule availability.
  • Strong communication skills, able to create and present executive presentations to leadership teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proactive, able to adapt to constant change, creative and innovative mindset.
  • Empathy and conflict-solving skills to solve labor/administrative issues.
