Role Overview
SEGULA Technologies is currently on the lookout for a Technical Manager specializing in Propulsion Systems Subsystems. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
· Providing support for all integration efforts and serving as the primary contact for issues related to cost, scheduling, program planning, launch assistance, and program resolution.
· Availability for off-hours teleconferences and occasional travel is required.
Required Qualifications
· A Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
· Over 5 years of experience in design, development, and program management within various powertrain functions and/or vehicle engineering, specifically in areas such as engine, transmission, driveline, packaging, adaptation, controls, or calibration.
· Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
· A solid understanding of product development processes, design validation, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and gate processes.
· A demonstrated ability to be self-driven and to operate with minimal supervision, including the capacity to identify and complete subsequent steps independently.
Additional Information
This position allows for remote work with occasional travel. All candidates must reside in Mexico and possess legal authorization to work.
