Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve the sales and demand planning process in a high-complexity plant operation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Direct and manage the maintenance of master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Supervise first-level support for sales and demand planning in a high-complexity plant operation, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Track and analyze sales and demand planning target KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Supervise all sales and demand planning activities in a high-complexity plant operation, ensuring seamless execution and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Safeguard that all sales and demand planners are fulfilling required tasks according to corporate standards, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
  • Build and maintain required capabilities and competences to execute first-level support for all sales and demand planning-related issues in a high-complexity plant operation.
  • Direct sales and demand planners to attain required master data quality for standard production planning use cases.
  • Trigger continuous improvement within the sales and demand planning process, supervising the implementation of improvements according to corporate standards and documenting changes.
  • Align all sales and demand planning activities within plant logistics and across other related functions in the plant and corporate logistics, ensuring seamless integration and coordination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and demand planning, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to direct and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in business software applications, including ERP systems and data analysis tools.
