We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Transformation Project Coordinator.
The Transformation Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and achieving benefits realization. Projects may be standalone or part of a wider programme of activity and may be located in project teams as well as BAU teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan effectively around delivery constraints and optimize the plan to maximize benefits and minimize risk.
- Develop the plan within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality.
- Monitor project execution to identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate and build positive stakeholder and business partner relationships.
- Obtain buy-in from stakeholders for all key project plans, commitments, and changes.
Requirements:
- Strong language skills in English.
- Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle.
- Project management skills and experience.
- People manager with experience in managing teams.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, but also a good team player.
- Confident, articulate and have a high degree of personal integrity.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- PMP certification or training.
- Strong usage of Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
