Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in domain-specific technical and business discussions related to Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- Assist in the analysis, design, and development of roadmaps and implementation plans based on identified risks.
- Actively participate in the governance model and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Deliver tasks on time while identifying and addressing issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and market developments to support GRC requirements.
- Work collaboratively across different departments, providing strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Support risk evaluations for projects and business initiatives, including third-party assessments.
- Define remediation plans and workplans for security issues and risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in security solutions, consulting, and auditing within large IT organizations.
- Strong background in managing cybersecurity initiatives across diverse industrial environments.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and implement governance models and risk management strategies.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong leadership in guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 is highly valued.
