Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing end-user technical support, troubleshooting PC hardware and software, and resolving technical issues affecting agents on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to agents on site, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to PC hardware and software.
- Install, configure, maintain, update, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software, as well as perform administrative functions as required.
- Evaluate, recommend, and coordinate with the chain of command on all changes, hardware and software failures, and operational issues.
- Comfortable solving and prioritizing ticketed requests based on status, updates, and escalations.
Requirements
- IT-related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- 5 years of BPO industry experience.
- Experienced IT knowledge, PowerShell scripting, and desktop support hardware and software navigation on various Windows operating systems and troubleshooting TCP/IP network skills.
- Passionate and motivated to help others with a customer-focused mindset and positive attitude.
- Work well independently and in a team setting.
- Desire to gain knowledge, experience, and certification in the operating systems and technologies currently used.
- Adaptability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
