Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Documentation Specialist to join our team at Ith Icoserve. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting technical documentation, maintaining document control systems, and supporting project managers in preparing project reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and understand documentation submittal requirements of contracts
- Create custom O&M manuals in contractually required formats
- Upload and download documentation, such as drawings and O&M manuals, from customer documentation sites
- Maintain document control systems and track all submittals
- Participate actively in the improvement of project management support processes
- Support project managers in preparing project reports
- Communicate internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working with documentation systems
- Bachelor's degree as an Engineer in areas such as Industrial, Process, Quality, Logistics
- English proficiency (at least Upper Intermediate)
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with documentation
- Recent graduates with documentation background will also be considered
