We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Park Senior Villas Chandler. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring that we attract and engage the best talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic talent planning initiatives, including forecasting future hiring needs and aligning hiring strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that meet business requirements.
- Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, including job advertising, screening, and assessment processes that drive candidate engagement and quality.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure that qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
- Develop and present regular reports on key talent acquisition metrics to inform business decisions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of the recruitment process and enable reporting on recruiting performance and metrics.
Requirements
- Advanced conversational English essential.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.
- Understanding of talent acquisition and onboarding best practices.
- Familiarity with the tools and technologies used in recruiting.
- Ability to multitask and manage communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Motivation to work in a global environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
