Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, MX. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our sales force to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
- Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Working closely with our production and distribution departments to ensure smooth delivery of products
- Selecting and training employees on sales-related systems and databases
- Assisting with individual account and sales territory planning
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 1 year's experience in customer-facing roles
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (French is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus amazing benefits including Christmas bonus, food vouchers, saving funds, life insurance, disability insurance, and more.
