Who will you collaborate with?

Become part of a vibrant team at the WGS SLP site, working closely with Production, Materials, EHS, and Logistics departments. Daily collaboration with diverse teams is essential, fostering a cooperative atmosphere for enhancing our quality management system.

How will you contribute?

As a Quality Auditor, you will be instrumental in promoting excellence across various aspects of our quality management system. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the shop floor, participating in internal quality audits, managing complaints and warranties, and continuously enhancing the QMS system. Your efforts will guarantee the highest production standards. Your analytical skills and daily oversight of process quality will significantly influence product quality and customer satisfaction.

What qualifications are we seeking?

We are interested in candidates who possess:

  • Practical knowledge of technical drawings
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as 5 Why, FMEA, 8D, and core tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to perform under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AAR standards.
  • Preferred certification as an internal auditor.

Your organizational skills, adaptability to change, and active participation in implementing new technologies will distinguish you.

What does a typical day entail?

Your daily activities will include:

  • Conducting internal process audits.
  • Addressing quality issues on the shop floor.
  • Introducing and refining quality tools.
  • Managing non-conformances.
  • Implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyzing warranties.

You will proactively resolve quality issues, handle customer complaints, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the QMS system. Collaborate with Production, Materials, EHS, and Logistics departments on daily tasks, ensuring smooth implementation of changes. Your role is dynamic, blending problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation in shaping the future of transportation technology.
