Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of molds and tooling for injection molding processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a focus on sustaining engineering, validations, mold design, injection molding, and tooling for medical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sustaining engineering efforts to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing support of existing medical products.
  • Ensure all validation activities comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of molds and tooling for injection molding processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Advanced English level (mandatory)
  • More than 7 years of experience in engineering areas
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Experience with plastic molding processes
