Transform the Future of Memory Technology
We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology, Inc., a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.
About the Role
- Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Worldwide (dependent on company needs)
Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze digital and analog circuits used in memory product development
- Develop groundbreaking silicon-to-systems solutions, from technology development and advanced memory designs to product development, systems design, and validation
- Contribute to the development of new DRAM product, DRAM logic IPs, design flows, and methodologies
- Oversee and manage the layout process, including floor planning, placement, and routing
- Evaluate and identify best-known practices and communicate them to all DRAM teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics
- Experience with Verilog modeling and simulation tools, as well as state machine logic/design verification techniques
- Strong experience with memory design and good understanding of ASIC design flow, including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis
