Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Genpact. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our Global Business Platform and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the deployment of the Global Business Platform, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
  • Assist in performing As Is analysis during Solution Identification phase, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform Change Impact analysis and facilitate impact analysis execution and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in business processes.
  • Support the development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Coordinate User Access Testing (UAT) to ensure that all stakeholders are adequately trained and prepared for new processes.
  • Develop and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of Working to ensure effective change management.
  • Identify training needs and conduct trainings for end-users to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Provide inputs for Toll Gate decks (milestones) to ensure that project progress is tracked and reported accurately.
  • Log and follow up on risks and issues that arise during configuration, training, or other activities to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform analysis during Ramp-up phase and propose corrective actions to ensure that processes are running smoothly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and integrate best practices into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps.
  • Capture lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrate them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps.
  • Ensure adequate handover to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phase to ensure continuity and efficiency in business processes.

Requirements

  • Functional skills: Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, planning and organization skills, analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Stakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies with communication skills.
  • Training and Change management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials and supporting change to new ways of working.
  • Process improvement skills: problem solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing to process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration with a concentration or coursework in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics, or related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in End-to-end demand planning and Supply Planning.
  • Experience with any Supply Chain software platforms and Ability to discuss region-wise process differences.
