Brand and Communications Manager LATAM

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communications Manager to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand and communications strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all press relations activities, PR agencies, and partnerships, as well as influencers, to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
- Coordinate fiscal and legal processes for sample requests and other partnerships.
- Develop and execute local marketing activations to fill gaps and meet market needs.
- Brief and manage output of local agencies, including media, PR, influencer content, and social media partners.
- Monitor performance through pre-defined KPIs and ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Develop and execute digital marketing activities to drive business growth and engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online channels and partner platforms.
- Assist in the development of clear guidelines and monitoring compliance to ensure brand consistency.
- Interpret results of social media and digital marketing efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Align with all other marketing functions to ensure consistency in execution of marketing activities.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in brand and communications management. You should have:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and utilize financial measurements.
- Advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of merchandising and product.
- Advance level of Portuguese and English.
- Spanish is a plus.
