About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communications Manager to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand and communications strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all press relations activities, PR agencies, and partnerships, as well as influencers, to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
  • Coordinate fiscal and legal processes for sample requests and other partnerships.
  • Develop and execute local marketing activations to fill gaps and meet market needs.
  • Brief and manage output of local agencies, including media, PR, influencer content, and social media partners.
  • Monitor performance through pre-defined KPIs and ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing activities to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online channels and partner platforms.
  • Assist in the development of clear guidelines and monitoring compliance to ensure brand consistency.
  • Interpret results of social media and digital marketing efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Align with all other marketing functions to ensure consistency in execution of marketing activities.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in brand and communications management. You should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and utilize financial measurements.
  • Advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising and product.
  • Advance level of Portuguese and English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
