Position Overview

The role involves executing PR and communication strategies in accordance with the market activation framework, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and global standards while collaborating closely with the Brand & Communications Manager to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement PR and communication initiatives aligned with the market activation strategy, focusing on return on marketing investment (ROMI) and compliance with global policies.
  • Collaborate with media agencies to assist the Brand & Communications Manager in briefing and managing all media-related activities, continuously monitoring campaign performance to identify areas for enhancement and optimize outcomes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with journalists, PR firms, stylists, and local influencers to expand PR coverage and maintain brand prominence among target consumers.
  • Ensure timely distribution of press releases to relevant PR agencies and stakeholders in the market.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events aimed at both press and consumers, including exhibitions, product launches, and sponsorships.
  • Align product placements and local activations with brand positioning, managing all necessary fiscal and legal processes for sample transit.
  • Guide and evaluate the output of local agencies, including media, PR, influencer content, and social media partners, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
  • Develop and enforce guidelines to maintain brand consistency across online shops and social media platforms utilized by partners.
  • Support digital initiatives by providing essential materials for the market activation plan, ensuring cohesive communication across all channels.

Candidate Profile

We seek an exceptional individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • A university degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in an international context.
  • At least two years of experience in the fashion and retail sector.
  • Proficiency in working with media agencies and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
