About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Amazon Music in Latin America. As a key member of our Marketing and Growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement across our music services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive growth and engagement across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

Amazon Music is a leading provider of immersive audio entertainment services, offering a range of music and podcast experiences to customers around the world. Our team is passionate about creating engaging experiences for our customers and driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
  • Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
  • Experience using data visualization tools
