Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our site team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the I2M and IIM process for site/cluster, ensuring effective planning and execution of change related to new and existing products, packaging, and processes.
- Work closely with the site director to develop the site strategy and plant roadmap, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
- Partner with Engineering to build the site CAPEX budget, prioritizing projects and ensuring alignment with the site agenda.
- Drive ongoing business and simplification initiatives, integrating site change management agendas to deliver projects while maintaining service levels.
- Lead, coach, and build capability of the Business Development Change Coordinator(s) within the plant and other key stakeholders.
- Strong operational and manufacturing experience in the CPG industry, with expertise in TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, Safety, and GMP standards.
- Good understanding of end-to-end processes in manufacturing and business environments, with working knowledge of commercialization processes (I2M).
- Project leadership and management skills, with technical and financial aspects of the business.
- Strategic thinking, with ability to excel in leading tactical programs.
