Citi is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Business Control Analyst 1 to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the administration of compliance procedures and control systems for the business review department, monitoring, researching, and responding to compliance-related inquiries across all product lines from exception reports produced in the business review area.
- Ensure the accuracy of research and compliance advice provided to members of the sales force and develop information regarding required changes in reports and procedures.
- Prepare reports, both written and verbal, for Senior Management on compliance program issues, status, trends, and concerns.
- Support the sales force and Management to implement recommendations concerning changes, improvements, and enhancements.
- Apply a good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
- Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
- Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Licenciatura trunca/concluida (deseable) o experiência equivalente.
- At least 1 year of experience executing validations of MCA, ARCMs, testing, and control topics.
- English: NA
