About the Job

We're seeking a skilled Project Management Office (PMO) Engineer to support our projects from initiation to close. As a PMO Engineer, you'll work closely with our team leaders to ensure efficient and satisfactory project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting and managing client expectations
  • Developing or supporting project plans
  • Following up on project scope and assigning tasks to team members
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and team members to overcome issues or delays
  • Monitoring and reporting progress on milestones and deliverables
  • Tracking data and planning for next steps or project scalability
  • Evaluating efficiency and effectiveness
  • Supporting budget management and compliance
  • Providing updates and sharing project status with key stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Industrial, Mechanical, or Administrative Engineering degree or related field
  • Fluent English language skills, excellent written and verbal communication
  • 4+ years of experience managing engineering-related projects
  • Proactive and self-managed skills

Preferred Qualifications

PMO or Scrum certification is highly desirable.
