About the Role

The Human Resources Manager, Reynosa Operations will be responsible for developing and executing talent and culture strategies to drive operational excellence, organizational agility, and employee engagement in the Mexico Operations facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with associates and union leadership to foster a positive work environment.
  • Drive employee relations initiatives to optimize work conditions for all employees.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and develop the onsite HR team.
  • Build organizational capability through talent management processes, including talent acquisition, assessment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Support plant operations through headcount planning, workforce planning, and recruitment.
  • Track, report, and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Provide strategic leadership guidance and mentoring to HR team members.
  • Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change.
  • Identify critical positions and develop succession strategies.
  • Recommend and implement developmental assignments for high-potential associates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial/labor relations, or psychology.
  • Postgraduate training in Human Resources or Management preferred.
  • Minimum five years' experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnership, operational excellence, and culture transformation.
  • Experience in multiple core HR functions, including labor relations, employee relations, compensation, recruiting, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Understanding of the changing workforce landscape in Mexico manufacturing and its labor market.
  • Experience with cultural transformation and leadership development.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic and tactical skills.
  • Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Consultative HR partnership skills.
  • Accountability, ownership, and ability to execute.
  • Data-driven and computer-savvy.
  • Experience with lean, six sigma, and/or continuous improvement.
