Job Description:We are seeking a talented Sr. Graphic Designer to join our team at Marsh McLennan in Mexico City, Tamarindos office.
This role will be based in Mexico City, Tamarindos office and requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conceptualizing and delivering high impact creative outputs within the company's visual brand identity guidelines;
- Designing and producing marketing collateral, advertisements/sponsorships, communications assets, and branded experiential events in accordance with brand guidelines;
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications;
- Working within a project management system and briefing process to understand project requirements and manage workflows efficiently;
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders;
- Identifying design problems and devising elegant outputs;
- Following emerging design trends, techniques, and tools;
- Developing and maintaining templates to enable others to produce materials that fit our brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar job positions;
- Corporate-level experience creating suites of marketing collateral;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud design applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, After Effects, Premiere;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas to different stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000-$70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
