  • Receive, generate, dispatch, and close out work orders
  • Efficient route generation for field technicians
  • Receipt entry into online work orders system when applicable
  • Data entry into client and internal online work order systems
  • Not to Exceed (NTE) and Quote creation for applicable work orders
  • Subcontractor procurement and on-boarding
  • Subcontractor cost verifications
  • Customer relations and top in class customer service
  • Interdepartmental communication
  • Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Verizon Work, Buildertrend, Corrigo, MyFSN, QuickBooks

Requirements:

  • GED
  • 5+ year's project coordinating or customer service experience within the construction, service, or related technical field
  • Previous experience with commercial C-Store or Grocery Stores is a plus
  • Current/prior role as a property manager or project coordinator is a plus
  • Advanced English
