**Key Responsibilities**

  • Formulate a winning strategy against uprising ride-hailing competitors in the Latam market
  • Lead the development of new product categories to strengthen platform PMF
  • Drive business results, e.g., user growth, efficiency uplift, through product iterations and configuration optimization
  • Deep dive into user experience to identify product opportunities
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including product managers, data scientists, and marketing teams, to drive execution across the organization

**Requirements**

  • 6-10 years of experience in product development or strategic planning, e.g., tech, consulting
  • Strong user empathy and the ability to blend field research with data to design user-centric product strategy and roadmap
  • Strategic thinking and the capability of proactively tackling multiple types of business challenges and connecting back with core business objectives
  • Experience in performing under multicultural work environments
  • Chinese and English as working languages (Spanish is good-to-have)
