You will lead the implementation of the annual training plan, leveraging tools developed by the company and external providers, as required. You will coordinate and implement projects (local, regional, and global) for the training and development of affiliates. You will support the company's development processes for the sales force and overall for all affiliate employees. You will ensure the establishment of an evaluation and continuous improvement system to guarantee the proper learning process for affiliate employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the annual training plan for the affiliate's areas.
- Lead a team of high-performing employees.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Lead the implementation of the annual training plan.
- Coordinate and implement projects for the training and development of affiliates.
- Support the company's development processes for the sales force and overall for all affiliate employees.
- Ensure the establishment of an evaluation and continuous improvement system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English at an advanced level.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training or talent development areas.
- At least 3 years of experience as a people manager/with direct reports.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or other high-regulated industries.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in training sales force.
- Demonstrated involvement in product launches.
