Job Description

At Bosch Group, we're shaping the future of technology and mobility. As a Sample Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality samples to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process internal and external sample orders for steering systems, pre-assemblies, and components, providing lead times for delivery and coordinating internal activities within the production facility to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure that final products, processes, and documentation meet customer and internal quality standards.
  • Track and maintain scorecards on delivery performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Project Management teams on part availability and special build requirements.
  • Process owner of Queretaro Plant sampling procedure, responsible for creating, updating, and adding content to the official procedure according to plant needs.
Requirements:
  • Technical background with experience in project management and/or sample coordination.
  • Experience in SAP, POE, and/or SAMOS, as well as excellent organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's university degree and 3+ years of related professional experience as a prototype process engineer, sample coordinator, or project management.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
