Job Summary

We are seeking a Spa Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service and support to our spa facilities.

  1. Confirm scheduled services and answer questions about available services.
  2. Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day and inform providers of last-minute changes.
  3. Check in guests for appointments, confirm first and last name, and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival.
  4. Promote and sell spa/salon services.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a spa or customer service role is an asset.
