Psycom Solución De Negocio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Shared Services Center team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and classification of remittances and bank statements
- Record of payments from customers in the system
- Warning or notification for missing or mismatching information
- Daily, weekly, and monthly self-review, reporting, and reconciliation
- Analysis of accounts, divisions, and transactions
- Detection, prevention, and correction of errors
- Cross-training in AP and backup for SSC
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Advanced knowledge of ERP Accounts Receivable Module, AP, and GL
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Experience in transnational companies
- Experience in Shared Services Center
- Experience in multiple databases
- Experience with different ERP and reporting systems
- Experience in shared mailboxes and follow-up (English)
- Experience with follow-up with divisions/customers about missing or non-matching information
- Experience with timely warnings or notifications for missing or non-matching information
- Experience in reporting daily, weekly, and monthly
Benefits:
- Monthly salary: $30,000 (nominal) + Law and Superior Benefits
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Hybrid job role (2 days) after 3-month trial period
- Work zone: Centro sur
